OUR PROFESSIONALS
Referred cleaning professionals are not PATT’S cleaning services employees. PATT’S cleaning services professionals are trained, bonded and experts dealing with all kinds of materials. So, when you call us for service, you can be worry-free because we know how to take care of your property. We do not cut corners, we go to them.
Our referred associates are trained IN OFFICE and ON THE FIELD.
IN OFFICE: We teach them the materials builders are using and the right cleaning products they should use. ON THE FIELD: We teach our associates HOW to clean. Which materials can be scrubbed, which to use a soft sponge, which furniture needs oil, how to use the stainless steel cleaner and much more…..”Practice makes the teacher” We do not call our professionals associates: housekeepers, maids, housecleaners
SAFETY
Our referred professionals are very important to us, and we want them safe, so they do not use high ladders or move anything heavier than 35 pounds. They can have a back injury or they can damage your floors. If you need us to clean under and behind a sofa or a refrigerator please move it before, to have access to the area.
ALARM SYSTEM
If you have an alarm system and if it is easy to operate you can give your professional cleaning associate instructions for its operation. However, if it is complicated leave it off the cleaning day, please.
KEYS
PATT’S cleaning services are NOT responsible for keys. If you need to leave the key somewhere, please give instructions to your professional cleaning associate ONLY. If you want to give us a key, your cleaning associate will hold and will be responsible for it.
CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel or to re-schedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hrs. before your cleaning day. If PATT’S cleaning services receives less than 24 hrs notice, or can not access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge you $25.00
